Cecil Ison, a resident of Morehead, Kentucky, collects baby dolls and decorates his yard with them. He calls himself a Forensic Anthropomorphologist, meaning he studies crime done to humanlike shaped objects, in other words, baby dolls and mannequins. Ison, a Vietnam veteran and a former Forest Archeologist for the Boone National Forest, started this hobby when he came across a baby doll with bullet holes in its forehead. He decided something had to be done, so he opened his home to abandoned and unwanted dolls.
